At Via Christi, we are concerned about patient care as well as the regulatory environment that affects it. As a result, we are actively involved at the local, state and national levels of government to monitor and advocate for the best possible health care system in which to practice. Our political affairs committee takes this conviction and turns it into effective, grass roots political advocacy. I’ve enjoyed being part of that effort for a number of years by representing Via Christi Clinic on the Legislative Committee for the Medical Society of Sedgwick County.
